Chinese Artist Sun Guang

Chinese Artist and Calligrapher Sun Guang recently celebrated the 8th anniversary of the opening of his gallery and studio in Xi'an.



Here are photos of some of his work.




He is a talented artist and calligrapher who was won high honours for his work including the highest award for Chinese Painting and Calligraphy Art - the National Painting and Calligraphy Art Achievement Award; the Chinese Arts Association has also awarded him the highest honor - The Annual Award for Literature and Art of China,

Sun Guang has visited the U.S., France, Australia, Thailand, Malaysia, Japan, Singapore, Taiwan and many other countries and regions to participate in exhibitions. He also written the titles for over 70 films.

In 2003 Jackie attended the opening of his gallery and in 2008 Sun Guang wrote a special blessing for a restaurant owned by Jackie in Shanghai which translates as 'to eat is a blessing'.
